State of Mind by Smiling Mind: Free app from a non-profit down under that teaches you how to meditate. It crosses several domains and age groups.

ACGME AWARE app: This app is designed for residents to provide them “with an array of tools to help them identify opportunities to improve their well-being and strategies for promoting resilience.”

ACGME AWARE podcasts: These podcasts address well-being of residents and physicians, generally ranging in length from 20-30 minutes.
