Saint Francis FM Faculty
Dr. Bonner is a graduate of Haverford College and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington, Delaware. In 2006, he joined the faculty at Saint Francis Hospital. Dr. Bonner has a special interest in evidence-based medicine and geriatrics. In addition to a busy clinical practice, he oversees the nursing home experience for the second- and third-year residents, supervises residents conducting home visits, and teaches on the inpatient service.
In 2021, Dr. Bonner was inducted as a Fellow in The College of Physicians of Philadelphia, a distinction his own father received before him, and a tradition and organization that dates to 1787. He is a past president of the Delaware Academy of Family Physicians and continues to serve on the Board of the DAFP as an alternate delegate from Delaware to the American Academy of Family Physicians Congress of Delegates. Dr. Bonner is the chair on the Professional Education Sub-Committee of the Medical Society of Delaware’s Committee on Education. In 2019, he was recognized as a Top Doctor in Delaware in the specialty of Family Medicine.
Department Chair and Medical Director, Tiny Steps Program
Dr. Hack graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Biology and completed his medical training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry Medical School in Newark, New Jersey. He completed his residency at Saint Francis Hospital in 1999, earning the American Academy of Family Physicians Resident Teaching Award, and elected to continue on as a faculty member.
Dr. Hack is Department Chair, overseeing all Saint Francis Family Medicine practices, and is the coordinator of Tiny Steps, an outreach family-centered obstetric and pediatric program. He is also medical director of House of Joseph II, a group home for homeless, end-stage HIV patients, serving the Ministry of Caring since 1999. Dr. Hack is president-elect of the Delaware Academy of Family Physicians, and he sits on the editorial board for the Family Medicine Journal. He serves on the Medical Executive Committee, Credentialing Committee and Ethics Committee, and is chairman of the Saint Francis Hospital Bylaws Committee.
Dr. Hack’s main interests include family-oriented maternity care, and curriculum development using evidence-based medicine. If he is not found tinkering around in his hot pepper-laden garden, he is with his wife and children. In 2019 he was recognized as a Top Doctor in Delaware in the specialty of Family Medicine.
Director of Behavioral Health
Dr. Faure is a graduate of Lafayette College with a dual degree in Psychology and French and completed her doctoral graduate education at Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland. She completed her internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Delaware’s Center for Counseling and Student Development before joining the Center as a staff psychologist. In 2022, she joined the Family Practice faculty at Saint Francis Hospital as the behaviorist for the residency program. In her role, Dr. Faure provides behavioral health training and wellness curriculum to residents and provides psychotherapy to patients of the Family Practice.
Director of Medical Student Education
Dr. Tribuiani graduated from Temple University with a dual degree in Biological Anthropology and Spanish, and is a graduate of Temple University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Saint Francis in 1999 and joined the faculty. She sees a predominantly Spanish-speaking population and previously served as the medical director of the Saint Francis Center of Hope. She is the Director of Medical Student Education for Saint Francis Hospital and oversees the educational experience of the medical students during their core family medicine rotations. Her areas of interest include family-centered maternity care, pediatrics, diabetes management and colposcopy.
Dr. Tribuiani serves as chair for the Community Outreach Committee of the Delaware Academy of Family Practice (DAFP). Her hobbies include solving puzzles, listening to a wide variety of music and spending time with her husband and children.
Halley Hunt, MD, grew up in Delaware County, PA and attended Boston College, where she studied literature. She attended medical school at Temple University and completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of North Carolina. After residency, Halley worked as a Maternal Child Health Fellow at the University of Rochester.
Dr. Hunt is now the newest member of the Saint Francis Family Medicine Residency Program. In addition to seeing her own patients at the Saint Francis Foulk Road office where she provides full spectrum Family Medicine care, Dr. Hunt serves as an associate program director, working with residents in both OB and on the family medicine inpatient service. Her clinical interests include providing high quality care for the mom-baby dyad, training full spectrum family physicians, and reducing health inequity in underserved communities.
In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, baking, travel, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Ranton graduated from Penn State University with a degree in pre-medicine, a minor in psychology, and with honors in health & human development. She went on to obtain her medical degree at the Temple University School of Medicine and completed her training in Family Medicine here at Saint Francis.
Her career began in the U.S. Navy and has taken her around the country working in myriad practice and population environments. She completed the Behavioral Science Family Systems Educator Fellowship through the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine and the Physician Leadership Academy, a joint venture between Lehigh University Vistex Institute for Executive Learning and Research and Lehigh Valley Physician Group Executive Leadership.
Her professional interests include Women’s Health, Geriatrics (specifically meeting patients where they are), and the business of medical practice. She is an avid sports fan, loves traveling, and will move mountains to watch her daughter sing on stage.
Dr. Monteleone graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, followed by his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Connecticut, where he received the American Academy of Family Physicians Resident Teacher Award. He then completed a Rural Family Practice and Maternity Care fellowship at the University of Texas at Galveston, which included training in operative obstetrics.
He started in private practice in Elkton, Maryland, where he became a managing partner in a full range family medicine group practice while also serving as the State Surgeon for the Delaware Army National Guard. He worked in a combat clinic and in the emergency room during three tours to Iraq and has served on six other global health missions overseas, two of which he commanded.
He graduated from the Command and General Staff College and serves as vice-chair for the Medical Advisory Council Executive Committee for the Chief Surgeon and as chair of the Credentials Committee for the Army National Guard.
Dr. Monteleone is a graduate of the National Institute of Program Director Development (NIPDD) course and works closely with Temple and PCOM medical students who have an interest in family medicine in Delaware. Dr. Monteleone is also the medical director for the Delaware Collaborative Care (DCC), an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and partnership between Trinity Health, Saint Francis Hospital and the Medical Society of Delaware.
Dr. Monteleone’s main interests include population health, office-based procedures, global health, and family-centered maternity care. He enjoys travel, mountain biking, running, and participating in various activities with his children.
