Podiatry Curriculum
Nazareth Hospital offers a three-year residency in podiatric medicine and surgery. The academic year is comprised of monthly rotations in the following categories:

- General Surgery
- Orthopedic Surgery
- Vascular Surgery
- Internal Medicine
- Radiology
- Pathology
- Infectious Disease
- Emergency Medicine
- Wound Care
- Anesthesia
- Neurology
- Behavioral Medicine
- Dermatology
- Office Management
In addition, the academic curriculum includes monthly Journal Club, Cadaver Labs, Lectures/Conferences, Grand Rounds, and opportunities for involvement in academic courses (i.e. Arthroscopy course, etc.)
The Podiatric residency program at Nazareth strives to graduate residents with excellent surgical training in all pathologies involving the lower extremity. The program’s well-rounded curriculum is key to meeting this goal. Residents are provided all tools needed to practice Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with full qualification.
