Orientation
All residents will become certified in ACLS, ATLS, and PALS during their residency orientation period. Interns will be given ample introductory training in simulation, procedures, and didactics on approaches to patient care. Additionally, we encourage the interns to get together and get to know each other during this time before schedules take over and it becomes harder to get everyone together at once.
