In addition to being a historic city, Philadelphia is surprisingly beautiful and fun. World class selection of food, a diverse array of museums, and many places to explore for hiking and day trips. COVID has made it a challenge to truly explore the city but there’s still many things to do around the city including hiking, beaches, historical sites, etc.

The residents try to hang out most Tuesday nights since everyone is reliably off for Wednesday conference the next day.

Wellness has had a fluctuating definition in the recent years. We understand that wellness is not mandatory events, meditation, and yoga for everyone.

While we have a robust curriculum to explore the different avenues of wellness, we encourage our residents to identify their own stress relieving practices and to maintain those activities to avoid burning out

Along with that, we have weekly check-ins before conference to update each other on our lives and to talk about our successes and struggles in the week.
