Faculty & Staff
Our program faculty consists of full-time, part-time and voluntary physicians who possess outstanding academic qualifications and are dedicated to developing skilled physicians who are well prepared to meet today’s health care challenges. Nazareth Hospital physician-educators actively participate in all aspects of the program’s curriculum, which has greatly added to residents’ patient interactions.
Wayne G. Miller, DO, MPH, is the program director for Nazareth Hospital’s Internal Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Miller earned his medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a master’s degree in public health at John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
He is board-certified in internal medicine and infectious disease as well as ABAM-certified in addiction medicine. He has served in various administrative roles including IM program director at Mercy Suburban Hospital from 2008-2012.
Mark S. Codella, MD, is a Gastroenterologist at Nazareth Hospital. He joined Nazareth after completing his medical degree and residency at Hahnemann University. Dr. Codella serves as the Chairman of the Department of Internal Medicine. He also serves as a member of the Medical Executive Committee and is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
Sunil Dhar, MD, specializes in interventional cardiology and services a director of a cardiac catheterization lab at Nazareth Hospital. He did internal medicine residency at Temple University Hospital and then fellowships for general cardiology, heart failure and cardiac transplant at University of Washington in Seattle. Dr. Dhar also did postgraduate training in clinic research at University of Washington. Subsequently did interventional fellowship at University of Minnesota. Dr. Dhar’s areas of interest include medical education, clinical research and interventional cardiology.
Anna Dubyanskite, MD, specializes in nephrology with her private practice at Nazareth Hospital and St. Mary Medical Center. She received her education at the School of Medicine at Vilnius State University in Lithuania and completed multiple residencies in Lithuania and throughout the Philadelphia region. Dr. Dubyanskite is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and by the American Board of Nephrology.
William C. Pace, MD, graduated from Temple University School of Medicine in 2005. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Temple University Hospital in 2008 and his fellowship in infectious disease at Hahnemann University Hospital in 2010. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease.
Dr. Pace is the Medical Director of the Wound Care Center at Jefferson Frankford Hospital. He is certified to supervise patients receiving Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and also sees patients at the Wound Care Center at Jefferson Bucks Hospital. Dr. Pace is also core faculty for Nazareth Hospital’s IM Residency program and is actively involved in teaching and supervising residents and students.
GME Administrative Coordinator Diane C. Loftus has played an active role at Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic for over seven years. She has served as the Executive Assistant to the VP of Medical Affairs, VP of Mission and Community Outreach and the Director of Hospitalist Services. With previous administrative experience at Temple University Health System and Central Montgomery Medical Center, Diane shares her expertise in overseeing the day to day operation of the Nazareth Hospital residency programs.
