St. Mary Medical Center offers three, 12-month PGY1 Pharmacy Residency positions. Submit the following information online using ASHP PhORCAS by the required application deadline stated above:

  • Letter of intent stating goals and interests
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Academic transcripts
  • Three letters of recommendation 
    o Preferred that two references are able to speak to clinical pharmacy abilities

Applicant requirements

Applicants should be graduates or candidates for graduation of an ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree program (or one in process of pursuing accreditation) or have a Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee (FPGEC) certificate from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). Residents are required to become a registered pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania within 120 days of their start date.

Position stipend and benefits

  • Stipend: $54,000
