Community Fundraising Application
Thank you for expressing interest in hosting an event to benefit one of our hospitals!
All community fundraising event volunteers must complete the Community Fundraising Application in order to receive endorsement, event materials, and toolkits from the Office of Philanthropy. Your application must support the mission and values of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic and not require THMA to sell coupons, raffle tickets, or involve telemarketing or door-to-door solicitation.
