We work closely with ACS to bring programs such as Look Good Feel Better to our patients, in their communities

St. Mary Medical Center partners with The Cancer Support Community of Greater Philadelphia to help “ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action, and sustained by community.” They offer a comprehensive program to help enhance the body, mind and spirit through social and emotional support.

These services include:

  • A 30-minute guided meditation for stress, anxiety, and worry every Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Medical Center
  • Living with Cancer Support Group meetings every Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for individuals currently diagnosed with cancer or who are up to 18 months post-treatment.
  • Virtual Living with Cancer Support Group meetings every Thursday from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. for those unable to attend the in-person meetings.
