Your First Week
Welcome to Trinity Health! We are glad you’re here! All new team members attend New Hire Orientation, which is determined by your direct hire location and position. You will be emailed your customized orientation schedule in the week leading up to your official start date from a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and/or direct team manager. Along with orientation, you’ll need to complete a few important tasks during your first week. Use this page to guide you, and please don’t hesitate to reach out to your manager with any questions!
You will receive a “Cleared to Start” email in the week leading up to your official start date.
- Attendance for New Colleague Orientation is required for all new colleagues and is a paid working day. Instructions of where to report and additional details needed for this session, such as log-in information and contact information, will be provided in the Cleared to Start email.
- You will be assigned multiple learning modules via our online platform called HealthStream. These modules must be completed in full by the time frame determined by your hiring manager and in compliance with the expectations of Trinity Health’s guidelines. You will continue to refer to HealthStream throughout the duration of your employment and should maintain access information for future use.
- Additional orientation dates and times may be required for your specific position. Please connect directly with your hiring manager if you have not received details of expected requirements prior to your first day.
- Once your orientation is complete, you are ready to work! You should have received instructions from your manager on where & when to report. If you did not, please reach out to your manager for assistance.
