She understood my concerns & did her best to address them. I wish her “bosses” would allow her to have the time it would have taken to clean my ears. Instead, I have to fill an unwanted prescription. The OWNERS of this practice are shortchanging the patients & we are losing our doctors. “A bad manager can take a good staff & destroy it, causing the best employees to flee & the remainder to lose all motivation.”
