Dr Berger has always been patient and understanding. I have been going to him for many years and have always been treated well.
The wait time was on the long side, considering my visit was merely a checkup. Waited over 90 min's to be seen. Total time in office was two hours!

Dr B always takes as much time as the patient needs. There has been issues with scripts for injections getting to the correct doctors. We think it’s resolved now

Well, I waited almost one FULL hour in the examining room by myself for provider to come in. I seriously thought that they had forgotten I was in there waiting! When provider FINALLY came in he spent about 2 minutes with me and that was it.
From the receptionist to the doctor himself, we’re very good in my care and what I needed to talk about

Dr. Berger gives thorough care, listens, and respects everything I say or need as a patient. He is knowledgable about absolutely everything and doesn't bury his face in a laptop when he is in the room with you.
I'm grateful to have a good doctor and caring, professional staff.
All of them were so nice to me made me feel very good and comfortable .
My only problem was Dr. Berger was running late due to issues with previous patients. I appreciate that he spends more than adequate time with me, so I don’t want to begrudge other patients of his attention, unfortunately, the timing was bad fir me in that I was dealing with a personal emergency which developed while I was waiting to see the doctor.
