It was an uncomfortable experience Dr white may be a wonderful, caring physician with a comforting bedside manner, however I felt none of this. Dr Taptykoff had been my physician until he retired and I saw another physician after that who also was excellent but he also retired. Not sure what I’ll do, but Dr White is not a physician I want to reach out to for advice, help or care. .

This is the first time I met with Dr. White, who is new to this office. I felt he was very competent and scheduled my next visit for my annual check up with him. One thing though is that he talks really fast and can sometimes be hard to understand under his mask for those of us with hearing difficulties.

The lady at the desk was super polite and took the time to explain some things to me as I was using my new insurance for the first time. The nurses did a really good job drawing blood. It's usually really difficult to have blood drawn and I end up with bruises and pain. They listened to me when I told them it's usually difficult to take blood from me. It's several hours after my appointment and I don't have any pain or bruising. I really appreciate that. The doctor listened to me when I asked about different medications and when I talked about my concerns. I mentioned my joint pain to him. I hadn't planned on talking about it because I was worried he would think I was just trying to get pain meds, based on previous experiences with trying to get help for this issue. He listened and has started investigating a possible cause of the joint pain. I really appreciate that he listened to what I had to say and took me seriously.
