this provider was not available for 3 months when I needed medical advice. Also colleagues were not available.

I understand that people have personal reasons for being unavailable, but my last two or three appointments with Dorothy were canceled.

I have to say, this is the worst experience I’ve had here. There definitely has been a downgrade of services. I may have to change where I go. I always went to Fitz, had my three children here. I really do not want to change, but I may have no other choice.
