The PA was good as far as the physical went. Some of the After Visit notes are not correct which leads me to believe the PA did not fully understand what I was telling her about my vision issues. Additionally, I am concerned about a diagnosis of DIABETIES even though there is no blood work to confirm this possibility. These are both concerning to me.
