Scheduling a video appointment with a primary care provider
Our primary care providers are offering telemedicine options for patients to schedule an online video appointment during normal practice hours. These online appointments are used to address minor ailments and you will be charged your co-pay.

To schedule a telemedicine appointment with a Saint Francis, St. Mary, Nazareth or Mercy primary care provider, please contact their office directly. If you do not have a primary care provider, you can find one online.
What you need
- You will need a camera-enabled computer or tablet/iPad or smartphone. No additional software is needed as long as you have an audio device that can connect so you can see, hear and speak with your provider.
Video interview
- Your provider will send you an email or text with a link to begin your video appointment.
- Speak with a provider about your symptoms.
- Your provider will create a treatment plan, which may include a prescription if necessary.
