St. Mary Physicians Group welcomes colorectal surgeon Esther H. Cha, MD

Langhorne, Pa. – (October 22, 2020) – St. Mary Physicians Group and Alfred Trang, MD, warmly welcome colorectal surgeon Esther H. Cha, MD, to St. Mary Surgical Associates Langhorne.

Esther H. Cha, MD, received her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Va. She completed an internship and residency in general surgery at Medstar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Md., and obtained her advanced subspecialty training in Colorectal Surgery at the Colon and Rectal Clinic of Orlando (CRC) in Orlando, Fl.

Dr. Cha is a colorectal surgeon specializing in minimally invasive surgical techniques including laparoscopic, robotic and endoscopic surgeries. She performs colorectal surgical procedures for benign and malignant disease, including techniques in transanal minimally invasive surgery for sphincter preservation and surgery for inflammatory bowel disease. Dr. Cha is fluent in English and Korean.
