Brad BendeskyTrinity Health Mid-Atlantic emergency medicine physician, Brad Bendesky, MD, discovered his passion for emergency medicine during his medical school rotations. First inspired by his Chair of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Bendesky has embarked on a career that has spanned over two decades.

“Advancements in technologies and remote access to patients have helped provide quick interventions during time-sensitive pathologies such as stroke, heart attack and trauma,” Dr. Bendesky says. “This is one of the most satisfying parts of being an emergency department physician.”

Despite the popularity of telehealth and artificial intelligence (AI), he believes emergency medicine will always be a crucial and irreplaceable component of health care.

“The ability to provide 24/7 diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a face-to-face setting is something that cannot be replaced with remote technology,” Dr. Bendesky explains.
