Our Chaplains & Volunteers
Our professional Chaplains: Lay persons, clergy and religious hold Master Degrees in Divinity or Theology and are certified by either the Association of Professional Chaplains or the National Association for Catholic Chaplains. Our chaplains come from different religious backgrounds and respect the religious preference of our patients as well as their families. St. Mary Chaplains and are prepared to meet an array of spiritual and emotional needs by providing compassionate spiritual care and counseling. Chaplains support patients, family members and St. Mary colleagues with empathy and solidarity through critical moments in life.
