About this event

St. Mary's Childbirth Class includes a hospital orientation, plus information on the admission process, visitor policies, labor and delivery, breathing & relaxation techniques, and information on Caesarean section and pediatrician selection.

More Information

Classes occur on the 2nd Sunday of every month. Classes are held in the Medical Staff Conference Room, on the First Floor of the Outpatient Building.

Group size is limited to 9 couples. You MUST register both yourself and your support person (using the Add Additional Attendee button on the next page). If you have any questions, please contact us at maternity@stmaryhealthcare.org.

Please bring two pillows, a small blanket and a baby doll with you to class. You are also encouraged to bring snacks and/or refreshments. A voucher will be provided for lunch in our cafeteria.
