Vein Services
Chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) commonly affects lower limbs with a prevalence ranging between 25 to 40 percent and 10 to 20 percent in women and men, respectively. Many of the people affected will have visible varicose veins.
The Vein Centers at Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic facilities help restore blood flow to your legs and feet. Interventional radiologists and interventional cardiologists use minimally invasive techniques, including laser ablation (endovenous laser treatment or EVLT) and chemical endovenous ablation (also known as sclerotherapy) to treat varicose veins, spider veins and other chronic conditions related to poor vein circulation.
