Dr. Shah always gives suggestions on how I can exercise. I appreciate this because I know this is what I need. He is thorough in his examination and in reviewing my records and anticipating my needs, such as refilling medications. When I mention a symptom that may not be related to my current medication or his area of specialty he suggests what the problem could be and refers me to my GP for specific tests.

As always, Dr. Shah gave me a thorough exam and went over all of my concerns in detail. He has a very approachable good bedside manner and always makes me feel confident about the way my conditions are being treated. My father is a patient of Dr. Shah's and on his first visit back in February of 2020 (accompanied by me) needed an emergency pace maker operation. Dr. Shah ascertained this within a minute or two of examining my father and his test information and took decisive action to call the OR and schedule the operation immediately, talking to the OR surgeon, escorting us to the OR and making sure the OR staff knew exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. Dr, Shah is MY KIND of doctor and a wonderful, caring person. I feel he saved my father's life.

The nurse was really nice and wow the nurse left as the doctor was walking in. I didn't even have time to finish filling out my papers. So I was able to sit in the room and finish when the doctor was done.

Again, I loved that Dr. Shah was dressed casually and still professionally. I feel patients are more at ease when providers look more casual and helps the patient feel comfortable to talk candidly about their health issues. I realize a lot of practices are old-school but younger people identify better with business-casual attire and may see their provders more often and feel more welcomed.

Because the answer have a Yes/No, i would like to explain some answers. I got in to see the Dr 15 later than appt, but was not bothered. I was also updating my Insurance info. Generally the Staff is VERY GOOD, with the exception of one person. Privacy could have been better when I am dressing and door is opened to outside.
