This was a scheduled visit primarily to monitor my blood sugar, thyroid and blood pressure. Blood work was ordered two weeks before my office visit so we would have the results t that time. My overall health Is good, so my office visits are maintenance rather than urgent care.

Dr. Friedmann and his team are terrific. He is so proactive and on top of his patients' health care. He was the one who first found my aortic valve to be leaking. I was slow to react at first, but he took the initiative to follow up with me to push me to see a cardiologist. The cardiologist confirmed his diagnosis and within a year, my aortic valve was replaced. I truly owe him for helping me to get a new lease on life.

Brad has been my Dr. For 25 years. He is amazingly good at what he does. He doesn't treat you like a number like many large organizations tend to do. It's important to remain the smaller physician group and not be a large conglomerate. Brad treats everyone like his own family. He is irreplaceable. I'm proud to be his patient for all of my 25 years dealing with him. I own and run a very large company with 750 employees. I treat my customers exactly like Brad treats his patients. That is the most important fundamental of business.

Dr Friedmann became my Primary Doctor when Dr Audrey Kleeman retired last year. Dr Kleeman had been my doctor for over 25 years. I was originally hesitant about seeing a male doctor as I had a female doctor for so many years. From the beginning Dr Friedmann made me very comfortable and listened to me. I am very happy he is my doctor.

Doctor Friedmann was proactive in calling me the same day and having me come in the same day over and above his appointment schedule and contacted my specialist to review it before my visit.

I recently had a colonoscopy this past Thursday. The gastrologist was very nice to me he answered all my questions. But I find out that he is not going to be my gastrologist and that someone else I will be seeing to analyze my treatment. As for the PPO he was also nice he answered as many questions as he could but he did not know anything about nutcracker syndrome. He gave me a number of another Doctor Who perhaps could help me, I got an automated system which said leave your information and will get back to you later. Which never happened. I am so frustrated with the medical system I know we are in the middle of a pandemic. But as far as I know theses doctors or not treating those showing symptoms of this pandemic or will have anything to do with anyone who would be involved with the treatment of the pandemic. So why am I having a hard time getting treatment for the symptoms that I was told I should immediately find a Doctor Who can help me. Evidently I can not they are too busy. you tell me what to do. I have no clue.
