Nazareth Hospital receives ANCC Pathway to Excellence® designation

The designation recognizes commitment to creating a positive practice environment that empowers and engages staff.

Philadelphia, Pa. — (December 20, 2023) — Nazareth Hospital is pleased to announce that it has joined a premier group of organizations that have received Pathway to Excellence® designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). The Pathway designation is a global credential that highlights Nazareth Hospital’s commitment to creating a healthy work environment where nurses feel empowered and valued.

To qualify for Pathway designation, organizations must meet the six Pathway Standards essential to an ideal nursing practice environment. Applicants undergo a review process to fully document the integration of those standards in the organization's practices, policies and culture.
