Hitesh Raheja, MD, FACC, FSCAI, RPVI, a Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic interventional and structural cardiologist, shares his passion for continued learning and collaboration with his colleagues. Dr. Raheja finds joy in embracing each new advancement and opportunity in cardiovascular health to provide optimal treatment.
“I was inspired to pursue interventional cardiology after experiencing the profound gratification of saving lives through these procedures,” Dr. Raheja explains. His motivation is fueled by innovations and developments that enable minimally invasive catheter-based surgeries, leading to better patient outcomes.
“One important piece of advice I often advise my patients is that good health leads to confidence and success in life,” Dr. Raheja says. “Developing regular exercise and good nutrition habits earlier in life are essential because it often becomes more difficult as we grow older.”
