I am usually healthy and see Michelle Hall as my primary . I called her office late friday afternoon with a bladder infection. The nurse there instructed me to go to st mary urgent care. I went on saturday as a walk in and was treated within a half hour . The care given was excellent from the entire team particularly Mei Ling Zhen.

Great help with a terrible issue I had that needed to be seen right away and my PCP couldn't see me ASAP due to his schedule being filled for the whole day. I went to one of the walk-in clinics and I was seen right away and the NP was great and did an amazing job.

Appt. was for 1:30. Called when I arrived to let them knew I was there waiting in my car. I was told they would call me back in a couple of minutes when room was ready. I waited 20 minutes and called again. They called me back a couple minutes later and told me to come in. When I got inside I was taken to a room where I waited over 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor.

I needed my impacted ears drained and also receive 2 shots. they refused to clean my and just checked them saying they are bad. i had to go to urgent care to get them flushed. every practice office has the products to do this. It is not complicated. Urgent care staff and family were shocked when I said St. Marys wouldn't do a flush. They fought with me on one of my shots. Finally they gave me a release form and was given the shot. Definitely was not a pleasant visit. was supposed to be a quick visit for my shots and ear examination and was there for an hour to an hour and a half. the lobby was empty as well.

I felt like she cared about my concern she referred me to a neurologist and I actually had an appointment today so now I am on the road to hopefully recovery it was a virtual appointment so thankfully I did not have to drive because I was feeling very ill she was kind and comforting she also offered me a prescription to treat my nausea which is great to know that the physicians nurse practitioners and staff really wants to help you be on the mend again
