Dr. Pauli seems pleasant, professional and knowledgeable, but until I have undergone the procedure and follow up with her I am unable to comment on her skills and ability as of yet.
Dr Paulli listened to all of my concerns and discussed in detail all aspects and how and why she recommended physical therapy for my problem. We will review the results of PT at my 6 week check-up.
I absolutely love Dr. Pauli as a doctor. She has great bedside manners and very astute on her diagnosis. I recommended her to my primary which I never do. She really Impressed me a lot. My family can tell you I do not get impressed at all.

After recently having a negative experience with a health care expert regarding the treatment of my spine condition, the staff were very sympathetic to my needs, they were not judgemental at all and it was a pleasure to meet everyone, especially the receptionist I met when I first entered the office.

More than three years ago I visited this office, though not this Doctor, for diagnosis and treatment. I don't remember much about the interaction, but by the third visit the treatments were not effective and I didn't return. The new physician I met with this time was great at attention to me, listening to my story, making clear explanations, especially in giving me a picture of what had changed over my 3 previous visits (different treatment approaches of which I remember nothing of any explanation - and left feeling both still hurting and that they had nothing else to offer. This physician listened well, explained clearly the process followed in my previous treatment, the nature and causes of my current symptoms (also using a visual aid) and the treatment plan. It was reassuring and very helpful, and I feel much more confident that the treatment I will get has the best chance to provide the best outcomes, and I am more at ease with undertaking the procedures.
