I have been there 3 times and have longterm prexisting conditions. The practioner acted like she never noticed before. She asked question but never gave rational for asking question. Ie do you snore, do you wake up tired? No information was provided as to what was noted to make them ask that.

My Doctor is Dr White, but he is so booked into the next 3 months, i couldn't wait to see him. This is a shame that i can't see my doctor unless i schedule an appt 2 or 3 months in advance. So i saw the nurse practitioners , who was good, but no my PCP.

Originally scheduled for physical 6/27/22 with *Dr. Friedman. Was called and told that we would have to re-schedule because he wasn't there that day. They were then going to give me a 7/11/22 appointment. I asked if they had anything sooner because I was going to call anyway for an earlier appointment since I was having some issues that needed to be dealt with. I was told they could give me *Dr. White because *Dr. Friedmann was filled up. Which I figured on anyway. I said sure because I really like *Dr. White. Fast Forward to the morning of my appointment. I got a call telling me that *DR. White called in sick but I could see *Ann Marie. I hesitated because I had her before and didn't care for her then. I live an hour and a half away so I came & stayed at my moms overnight. I figured at least let her get some of my issues marked down in my chart. They gave me a time of 9:00 a.m. I left my moms house around 8:40 a.m. It only takes 10 mins. to get there. It was rainy & nasty that morning. I ended up being 5 mins. later which I explained was due to a car accident. I walked in and instantly apologized to the receptionist which she responded with a 'No problem, you're fine.' I paid did my urine test then the nurse weighed me, took my BP and other vital signs. She gave me a bunch of paper work to fill out. I told her I had done all of this online in the pre-registration process. She came back once and I was still writing. I finished up then the dr. came in. She said she understood I had a bunch of things to discuss with her. I said yes. (I hadn't told anyone I had a bunch of things to discuss.) She proceeded to tell me that I was 15 mins. late (which I wasn't) and because of that if, she spent longer with me it would make everyone elses app. late. She told me I could pick 2 items off of my list to discuss with her but I would have to make another appt. to discuss the rest. I just sat there with my jaw hanging down. I have been a patient of *Dr. Friedmann's for more than 30 years, before he even had his own practice. After that I just shut down. I knew that was a reason I didn't care for her.

You feel like you are valued among the many patients she has she recalled that she cares for both my husband and myself. That meant a lot to me. Ann seemed very busy and a bit preoccupied. Given this past year I can only imagine what she has experienced in her everyday work so it's understandable. I would have liked her to be able to focus on what I was saying and not so much on typing information into her laptop. It didn't seem as though she was really listening.
