Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic appoints Vincent Gordon to Board of Directors
April 7, 2022Newtown Square, Pa. – (April 8, 2022) – Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic (THMA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Vincent Gordon to the THMA Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2022.

Gordon is the founder, president and CEO of Gordon Policy Group, a management consulting firm focused on healthcare policy, business strategy, and relationship building between healthcare providers, health insurance companies and community-based organizations. His professional career spans more than 30 years in public service and the healthcare industry, including positions at Hahnemann University Hospital, the American Red Cross and AmeriHealth Caritas, all in Philadelphia.
In 2011 Gordon was appointed by Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett as the Deputy Secretary of the Office of Medical Assistance Programs. Gordon’s office was responsible for overseeing the state’s $20 billion Medicaid budget, Medicaid policy, Medicaid Managed Care, the Pennsylvania Fee-for-service program, and the management of payment for services provided by hundreds of hospital, physician and ancillary providers.
Gordon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Drexel University in Philadelphia, before earning an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Widener University in Chester, Pa. He is a member of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and chair of the Chamber’s Business and Economic Equity Committee; a member of the Foundation of Delaware County Program Committee; and a member of the YMCA of Eastern Delaware County Foundation. He also served six years in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and was honorably discharged in 1987.
Gordon and his wife of 31 years, Demaris, reside in Drexel Hill. They have three sons, Vincent, Brandon and Daniel.
