Philadelphia, Pa. — (November 20, 2023) — Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group is pleased to announce the opening of Primary Care Cottman, located at 2813 Cottman Avenue in Philadelphia.
Primary Care Cottman, which will begin accepting new patients on Monday, November 20, is open 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday.
The family medicine providers of Primary Care Cottman include Michael Avallone, Jr., DO (left), who earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and David Sevitski, DO, who also earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Both physicians are board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine.
