Paul kicks off a journey to better health

In 2015, when Paul first met Prashanth “Dr. Ram” Ramachandra, MD, he was experiencing severe stomach pain. Dr. Ram performed bariatric surgery, which helped Paul kick off a journey toward better health. The exceptional care and support he received made a lasting impact and guided him through a health transformation. Several years later, when faced with a benign tumor, Paul knew exactly who to turn to—Dr. Ram and the dedicated team at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital. Paul once again experienced the compassionate expertise that helped him overcome this new challenge.

Paul’s story is a powerful testament to resilience, compassionate care, and a trusted medical team that’s been by his side every step of the way. Watch his story.
